Online Programming
Physio specific strength and conditioning to avoid injury and improve performance.
At Peninsula Performance Physio, we offer tailored online programming
This package includes a consultation to discuss your goals, training background and injury history, as well as an assessment with one of our physios to identify any deficits which may lead to injury or limit performance. Each patient is given a 12-week program specific to their needs. This program is delivered via a phone app, as well as coaching from your physiotherapist every step of the way.
Programs can involve daily mobility routines, 2-5 weekly strength sessions and additional running or cross-training. However, it is totally dependent on your goals, current level, and time.
An example of a program focusing on knee injury prevention while returning to strength training/ running is shown in this image (right).
If you would like to avoid injury and improve performance with our online programming, then go to the booking link and select programming assessment from the booking options.
The total price for the online programming package, including a 60-minute assessment and planning consultation, is $200.
