Caitlyn completed a Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University, following an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science. With a background in competitive gymnastics, she has a strong interest in musculoskeletal and sporting injuries across a wide range of levels from recreational to elite.
Caitlyn is passionate about helping clients return to their everyday activities and sport safely and stronger than before, using an exercise-based and patient-centred approach to rehabilitation. She enjoys working with both active individuals and the general population, and has a particular interest in supporting adolescents and developing athletes with injury prevention and early management to promote long-term, healthy movement.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Caitlyn teaching reformer Pilates, training at the gym, or catching up with friends over coffee (always a skinny cappuccino, even on hot days!).
